Course 1
The clinical embryology course at Javitri Hospital combines theory, laboratory exposure and hands-on practical training in reproductive biology, embryology and assisted reproductive technology. You train inside a working IVF laboratory under expert supervision, on the same systems used in daily ART practice.

On successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Training from Javitri Hospital, awarded after practical assessment, viva voce and case presentation. Boarding, lodging and lunch during training are not included.

DRCH is a one year Diploma in Reproductive and Child Health for BAMS, BHMS and BUMS doctors. It combines bedside clinical training in obstetrics, neonatology and gynaecology with structured case records, online theory classes and a final examination. Javitri Hospital serves as the training centre, with examination and certification conducted through the national association headquarters at Kolkata.

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery graduates.

Daily diary with a minimum of 50 patient photographs per year, obstetrics and gynaecology case record books with supervised deliveries, detailed case notes and operative notes.
Online theory classes begin after six months, held every Saturday for two hours, with around 12 to 14 classes in total.
Theory over a Google Meet link and an online viva on a laptop or desktop with camera and WiFi, conducted through headquarters at Kolkata.
A delegate fee of Rs 2,360 is payable to headquarters at Kolkata along with the signed Training Completion Certificate, after which the admit card is issued. Course fees payable to the training centre are shared on enquiry. Apart from one weekly off, a total of 15 days leave in a year is allowed.

It is open to B.Sc graduates, M.Sc students, medical graduates, Ph.D scholars, junior embryologists, ART professionals and medical UG and PG students. Some advanced modules are for candidates with prior embryology laboratory experience.
Duration depends on the module. Individual modules run from one week to one month, and the dissertation pathways run for six or twelve months. You can take a single module or combine several.
Supervised practice covers semen analysis and andrology, oocyte handling, IVF and embryo culture, vitrification and warming, laser-assisted hatching and embryo biopsy, with laboratory quality control and documentation.

DRCH stands for Diploma in Reproductive and Child Health. It is a one year course that trains doctors in obstetrics, neonatology and gynaecology for community reproductive and child health.
The DRCH course is open to BAMS, BHMS and BUMS doctors who want formal training in reproductive and child health.
The DRCH course runs for one year and covers obstetrics and neonatology and gynaecology, including antenatal care, labour and puerperium, pregnancy complications, menstrual physiology, PCOS, infertility basics and women’s primary care.
Course fees vary by programme and module and are shared on enquiry. For DRCH, a delegate fee of Rs 2,360 is payable to headquarters at Kolkata for the final examination.
