Javitri Hospital is led by Dr. Rajul Tyagi, founder, director and senior most fertility specialist, alongside Dr. Isha Tyagi, director and senior ENT surgeon. The wider team includes Dr. Niharika Tyagi in fetal medicine and infertility and Dr. Lavanya Tyagi in IVF and clinical embryology.

Yes. Our senior doctors visit the Badshahnagar (Lucknow) and Swaroop Nagar (Kanpur) clinics on specific days for OPD consultations, in addition to the main Telibagh hospital. Please check the current weekly schedule with our reception to book with your preferred doctor.

Consultation fees depend on the department and the consulting specialist. As a general guide, a fertility consultation is Rs 600 with Dr. Rajul Tyagi or Rs 400 with Dr. Niharika Tyagi or Dr. Lavanya Tyagi, with an ultrasound at Rs 800 if advised. For ENT and other departments, please contact our reception for current fees.

Dr. Rajul Tyagi pioneered IVF in Uttar Pradesh more than 30 years ago and has guided over 1,50,000 families to parenthood. She holds MBBS, MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology and DGO from KGMU, with international training at Cleveland Clinic USA, Bourn Hall UK and Brussels, and is a recipient of the ISAR Champion Award 2020.

Dr. Isha Tyagi is a Director of Javitri Hospital and a senior ENT surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He trained at JIPMER and at Nagoya University in Japan, was formerly a Professor of Neuro Otology at SGPGI Lucknow, and pioneered cochlear implant surgery in Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Niharika Tyagi is Head of Fetal Medicine and a Consultant in Infertility. She trained in high risk pregnancy and fetal medicine at King’s College London and is one of the few obstetricians in Lucknow certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation, UK, to perform NT scans. She manages IVF, high risk and multiple pregnancies, and recurrent miscarriage.

Dr. Lavanya Tyagi is a Senior IVF Specialist at Javitri Hospital who also heads clinical embryology, a rare dual clinical and laboratory role. She holds an MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and specialises in IVF, ICSI, IUI, cycle monitoring and fertility management, and is a trusted, familiar face for many families at Javitri.
