Dr. Niharika Tyagi is the Head of Fetal Medicine and a Consultant in Infertility at Javitri Hospital & Test Tube Baby Center, Lucknow. She holds MBBS, MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), FMAS, and FMFM qualifications, and manages IVF cycles, high-risk pregnancies, multiple pregnancies, and recurrent miscarriage cases — a rare dual specialisation that lets her care for couples from conception through to safe delivery.

Her specialist training spans India and the world: a Fellowship in Fetal Medicine from Chennai, a Fellowship in Critical Care Obstetrics from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, a Fellowship in Prenatal Genetics (AMG), and Fellowship in Fetal Surgery from the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF).
