Who Is Dr. Niharika Tyagi?

Dr. Niharika Tyagi is the Head of Fetal Medicine and a Consultant in Infertility at Javitri Hospital & Test Tube Baby Centre, Lucknow. She holds MBBS, MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), FMAS, and FMFM qualifications, and manages IVF cycles, high-risk pregnancies, multiple pregnancies, and recurrent miscarriage cases. This dual specialisation lets her care for couples from conception through to safe delivery.

Her specialist training spans India and the world: a Fellowship in Fetal Medicine from Chennai, a Fellowship in Critical Care Obstetrics from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, a Fellowship in Prenatal Genetics (AMG), and a Fellowship in Fetal Surgery from the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF). Internationally, she trained in high-risk pregnancy at King’s College London, in IVF in Japan and Barcelona, and in NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) genetic testing in Denmark. She has personally performed more than 100 biopsy procedures and was part of the team behind India’s first Piezo ICSI baby.
